ARRIVAL

We recommend clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure a stress free check-in process. Plus, it takes time to choose from so many shades of Varnish!


B.Y.O.F.

Bring your own flops! In an effort to reduce waste, we will not provide disposable sandals. But, should you forget, we will have Havaianas available for sale in the Shoppe!


BOOKING

We require a credit card to book all appointments. You will not be charged until after your service.


CANCELLATION

We understand that life gets crazy and things come up. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged for your service. If you need to cancel due to an emergency within the 12 hour period, please call us, and we will try our best to accommodate you. No call or no show will be charged for the full service.


PARKING

Street parking, as well as parking in the lot, is available, but not guaranteed


LATE ARRIVALS

If you are running late, we will try our best to service your nails in the remaining time left for your appointment. Out of respect for our clients' time we cannot guarantee the same service will be delivered. Full fees for services booked will apply.
